FAQ

Common questions

How up-to-date is the data?+
Land Registry data is updated monthly. EPC Register and Environment Agency flood data are live via official APIs. Planning data reflects current local authority records. All timestamps are shown on every report.
What's included in the free plan?+
The free plan includes 2 analyses with score, flood risk and planning summary. Upgrade to Pro for the full 6-page PDF report, SDLT, mortgage calculator, dashboard and unlimited analyses.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+
Yes — you can switch at any time from your account settings. If you switch to annual, you'll be billed £289 immediately and save £119 compared to monthly billing.
Does it cover Scotland and Northern Ireland?+
Currently Werocity covers England and Wales only. Scotland uses the Registers of Scotland and Northern Ireland uses Land & Property Services. Both are on the roadmap for 2026.
Is this a substitute for a solicitor or surveyor?+
No. Werocity is a research and due diligence tool that helps you make faster, better-informed decisions. It does not replace a RICS survey, legal conveyancing, or professional planning advice.
When will France and other markets be available?+
France is coming soon with DVF, DPE, PLU and Géorisques data. Spain and Belgium are on the roadmap. Sign up to be notified when your market launches.
